Cottage Baranya (125 mē) is a spacious, luxury home built around 1910. There are still details of this period present in the house. You will for example find a Hungarian four poster bed in the bed room, a romantic antique wash basin and antique Hungarian tiles on the floor. In the kitchen, dining room and bed room you will find tiled stoves and a wood burner in the sitting room. There are 2 electrical heaters for possible extra heating. The hallway is unheated. You therefore must bear in mind that you need to fetch wood from the barn.
The oven in the kitchen is part of a tiled stove and can only be used when the stove is stoked.
The house has an idyllic inner courtyard and a garden of 6000 mē near the house. The garden has an orchard with fruit and nut trees.
From this garden you can walk into the fields and the forests via the vineyards of the village, where you can make beautiful walks.
The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac and the courtyard faces away from the road.
In the true rural village you will find a shop with groceries and a church. The rolling hills of region remind of Southern France.
