The place Valfréjus is on a location with a fantastic view, close to the area 'la Vanoise' and Italy. Here it is good natured and pleasant. The splendidly worked wooden furnished houses, encircled by fir trees and larches are grouped around the cosy town centre. Families and sports lovers can enjoy themselves to their hearts content, due to the amount of activities offered: skating on natural ice, a helicopter flight, parapente...
The highly situated ski area is located on a plateau where there is always snow and sun. Skiërs, boarders and other snow lovers love it here. You should try it once during your stay: 'la Norma-Valfréjus' where 115 km ski pistes awaits you, reachable thanks to a bus connection.
Valfréjus is the perfect ski town for children... and for their concerned parents who can also enjoy the holiday with an assured heart. The lable 'P'tits Montagnards' assured of facilities for every age group: the 'bébé club' (3 months - 3 years) and the 'clubs enfants’ (3-6 and 6-12 years) where the children can enjoy the snow to their hearts content: iglo's, luge, snowmen, trips. Regarding skiing, the French International school offers lessons and classes for children from 3 to 12 years, and for the 13-17-year olds, they can go to a 'ados' club. (for adolescents).
The comfortable apartments (40m2) are built in 'style Savoyard' and located on 3 floors (with lift).
