This character barn conversion set in a tranquil wooded valley that borders the River Lynher in 6 acres of meadow, with stunning uninterrupted views across the valley to the pine woods. Explore this beautiful area and walk by the ponds or fish for trout and salmon in the 400ft of river frontage. An ideal holiday haven to get away from it all and enjoy the abundance of wild life. Easy access to the coastal villages with Looe and Polperro, 12 miles. The historic market town of Tavistock is 9 miles, and the famous Eden Project a 40 minute drive. Shops and pub 21/2 miles.
