Close to beautiful beaches of Lunan Bay, 5 miles, and Auchmithie beach, 2 miles. Arbroath is just 3 miles away with a historic abbey, shops, seaside funfair and harbour. The Angus Glens beckon walkers and there are many championship golf course nearby. Golf courses nearby. Shop 4 miles, pub 1½ miles and restaurant 1 mile.
Ground floor: 2 steps down to living room with wooden floor/dining room, both with beams and French doors. Kitchen. Boot room.
