A superb first floor apartment set in a little private courtyard of holiday homes in the pretty seaside village of Downderry. This holiday property is very well appointed, and has a balcony to the front with views down the valley to the sea. Downderry is a very popular location for holiday breaks all year round, the little village has a well-stocked shop and P.O., pub and restaurants, and the beach is just a short walk down the hill. Downderry is situated on the South Cornwall Coast just 5 miles from the fishing village of Looe, with its narrow streets, gift shops, pubs and restaurants. The famous Monkey Sanctuary is located just along the coast, and is a great day out, or visit the car free village of Polperro and take a horse and cart ride down to the harbour. Shops, pubs and restaurants 300 yards. All on first floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 bunk. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.
