... on the west side of Falmouth, about 1 mile from the centre and about 3/4 mile from Swanpool beach, is a development of 120 neat, modern houses, sheltered by majestic beech and oak trees, all with small grassed area front and back, and with free use of tennis court and on-site leisure centre (see above - gym, plunge pool, spa pool, steam room, jacuzzi, solarium, cafe/bar you pay only for food, drink, solarium and personal trainer if you want one; no children under 16 allowed in the gym); the leisure centre is open from Easter to mid September. A small stream runs through the site. We let two of the houses.
