Set in woodlands it has terraced lawned gardens to the front and 10 acres of private gardens to explore and relax in with views overlooking the sea. Nearby are sandy beaches, the Talyllyn Railway, Cader Idris, Aberdyfi golf course and Snowdonia National Park.
