Llanerch Farm

A beautiful period cottage that has been suitably extended and has been featured in a number of country living-style magazines due to its unique style and character. The attention to detail is evident throughout the property and its prime location - set on a quiet country lane in an elevated position allows for fantastic far reaching views down the Vale of Llangollen. Set on a small holding, and adjoining the owners' home, the property has a private garden with an enticing hot tub for sole use of the guests and a climbing frame for younger guests. Visitors to the area can join in the fun and festivities in Llangollen - where events at the grounds of the Pavilion are held throughout the year including the internationally famous Eistedfodd and children can also enjoy horse drawn canal rides and pottery painting in the town centre. Older children and adults alike can take pleasure in visiting one of the many National Trust properties and there are plenty of watersports including white water rafting and canoeing to be found locally. With the area being the Gateway to Snowdonia, it is ideal for day trips to Betws Y Coed and Llanberis where a number of mountain sports can be enjoyed. Llangollen 3 miles, Oswestry 9 miles and Chester 25 miles. Pub 1 mile.
