Lissadoon is a traditional-style cottage in delightful location, quiet and secluded, just a 5 minute walk from shores of Lough Derg in the village of Puckane with pubs and shops. This is fertile countryside with many wooded areas especially around 'Lissadoon'. The lakeshore is heavily wooded here which results in an abundance of wildlife. Foxes and rabbits are a regular sight in the garden especially early in the morning. 'Lissadoon' is located on a small road which leads to Urra Hill which gives a fantastic view over a large portion of the lake.
Beamed living room with wood-burning stove ensures this character-filled cottage is always warm and cosy. Fishing, sailing, walking. Ideal touring base.
