These charming apartments in a 16th-century barn conversion are situated close to 8 acres of spring-fed lakes set under the Peckforton Hills in beautiful surroundings, just 10 miles from Chester and within sight of Beeston Castle. Here, at extra cost, guests may fish and have fly-fishing lessons on lakes that are well stocked with coarse and game fish. The apartments are well appointed and comfortably furnished, and provide an excellent base for touring and this lovely part of Cheshire. Chester with its black and white buildings and Heritage Centre will provide a very pleasant day out. There are lovely old houses and gardens to visit, a fine museum at Nantwich and Chester Zoo. There is good access to the Welsh borders and coast at Rhyl, Colwyn Bay and Llandudno. Shop and pub 11/2 miles.
