It is perfect for touring both Galway and Mayo. Westwards is a scenic drive to Clifden Letterfrack whilst travelling north brings you to the Georgian town of Westport and beyond to Achill. Nearest to home is Cong a fishing centre flanked by Lough Corrib and Lough Mask and home to Ashford Castle. Shops, pubs and restaurants 1.5 miles.
