Private outdoor seating and barbecue area with access to the owners' ¾ acre lawn garden with various games equipment. The cottage offers its own privacy being nestled within the owner's grounds and neighbouring their working arable farm, which is also under an environmental scheme attracting a wide selection of local and migratory birds plus a wide array of wildlife flora/fauna accessible via excellent pathways and bridleways a few metres from the cottage. Centrally located for visiting many places of interest including the Norfolk Broads - daily boat hire to explore the expanse of inland waterways and its wildlife, the coastline with excellent sandy beaches, traditional seaside resort of Great Yarmouth/funfair, and many more attractions suiting all ages. The historic city of Norwich for excellent shopping, cafes, pubs, theatre, cathedral and castle museum. RSPB sanctuary at Strumpshaw Fen, 3 miles. Wildlife Park at Thrigby, 6 miles.
