Elmswell is situated close to the borders of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. The beautiful market town of Bury St Edmunds is just a 15 minute drive away, Cambridge, Norwich and Newmarket are all within easy reach.
This attractive 300-year-old farmhouse is full of character and is set within the open countryside on the edge of the village.
Character features combine beautifully with modern comforts. A fitted kitchen with a Rayburn and electric cooker , leads through to a comfortable seating area around a multi fuel stove.
Also on the ground floor there are two sitting rooms, one has an open fire and sofas, perfect for relaxing, the other has tv, video, play area with childrens toys. There is a dining room and also downstairs there is a WC / wash basin and single bedroom.
There is a fully enclosed garden and south facing patio, BBQ, garden furniture and childrens play area with climbing frame / swings.
Many attractions within the area, including the museum of East Anglian life, Ickworth House and West Stow County Park. The coastal resort of Aldeburgh is a 40-minute drive away.

Hill Farm Accommodation DetailsHill Farm ground floor offers: - 1 downstairs single bedroom. 36' open plan room with kitchen at one end, 2 sitting rooms one with open fire and sofas the other with tv,video play area, dining room, Kitchen with a rayburn and electric cooker, utility room, and cloakroom with toilet and wash basin.
First floor 5 bedrooms one four poster king size with tv, one king size with en-suite shower room, toilet and washbasin, one twin bedroom and two single bedrooms, bathroom with bath and shower cubical.
Please note, there is a 100 security deposit payable to the owner one week prior to the start of your holiday.
Christmas and New Year Weeks are charged at 1500 p.w. short breaks can be either Fri - Mon or Mon - Fri only
