Situated on a working farm these spacious barn conversions and Hellington Hall are surrounded by lovely countryside and ideally placed to explore the delights of southern Norfolk and Suffolk broads. Converted to a very good standard and have the use of the owner's indoor heated swimming pool (with spa end and tidal flow). There is a secure play area with equipment for children, and they are welcome to visit the animals and Shetland ponies in the adjoining field. Boat hire available locally at Loddon, 3 miles. The Ted Ellis nature reserve, Redwing's Horse Sanctuary and Hales Hall Gardens locally. Strumpshaw Hall Steam Museum is worth a visit, or take a day trip on the Reedham Ferry and enjoy a meal at the waterfront restaurant. There is a play barn especially for children under 7 years within 4 miles - great fun on wet days. The cathedral city of Norwich is 5 miles. Cleaning service and home cooked meals available. Steep staircase to second floor: 2 twin bedrooms with low sloping ceiling, childrens play room/TV/video room. All bedrooms have wooden floors & beams.
