Fores

Set in the historic centre of Topsham, a delightful riverside town, Fores started life as a sail-loft but has been converted into a charming Grade ll listed holiday cottage. The living room and rear bedroom have views over the quay and upstream over the Exe. Topsham, besides many restaurants, cafes and shops, has an outdoor heated swimming pool, a bird sanctuary and hide, an antique centre, riverside walks and easy access to beaches at Exmouth and Dawlish. The centre of the cathedral city of Exeter is 4 miles to the north, whist Dartmoor, with its huge variety of countryside walks, lies to the north west. Shops and pubs 20 yards.

Ground floor: Living room. Dining room/kitchen. First floor: 2 double bedrooms, one with additional single. Bathroom with shower attachment and toilet.

Gas CH, gas, elec, bed linen and towels inc. Video. DVD. Gas hob. Elec oven. M/wave. Washer/dryer in garage. Garage (2 cars). No smoking please. Friday to Friday.
