Splendidly sited, long farmland views from most front windows, 140 acre organic farm to wander, woods with badgers. The country house is full of history, a fine example of the period stately quarters/servants’ quarters, big beautiful rooms, open fires, stucco ceilings, original pine shutters, good staircase and acres of space. Upstairs, five bedrooms on the first floor, three of them at the front (view): a huge double (with inlaid mahogany bed, other antiques), a twin and a single; bathroom (suite plus bath-shower); at the back of the house, two single rooms, one with en suite bathroom (bath, washbasin); shower-room (suite).
