This wide expanse of sand is ideal for children and watersports, or a pleasant evening stoll. The apartment also overlooks Youngs Park, Quaywest Water Park and the steam railway. Paignton, with its harbour, beach and town centre full of shops, restaurants, cafés and cinema, is a 10 - 15 minute walk away.

Number 11 is situated on the lower ground floor and can be accessed by its own separate entrance up 6 steps onto the large balcony and through patio doors. Alternatively, access can be gained through a communal entrance hall and a lift or stairs (12 steps) down to the lower ground floor. There is one step within the apartment in the hall.
