A finca in a rural location with 12,000 m land and 5 houses (total of 10 accommodation units), distance to the harbour, beach, the islands capital San Sebastian approx. 6.5 km / 10 min. drive. 'Garajonay' National Park in the centre of the island approx. 40 min. drive, ideal for walks. Boat trips (island sightseeing tour, dolphin whale watching) from San Sebastian via Playa Santiago, Valle Gran Rey.
In the grounds there is a large garden with fruit trees, bananas, citrus fruits, papayas, mangos etc., a swimming pool, a solarium and a tennis court. The studio (approx. 30 m2) is on the first floor in the first house (2 apartments, 4 studios). It consists of a lounge with 2 single beds, a TV (Spanish programmes) and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is also a small balcony (5 m) with a table and 2 chairs.
